Technology is my love language. I’m a tech lover through and through. My gadgets—laptop, iPhone, and tablet—are my lifelines.

I’ve had my faithful Gateway laptop for over five years, and though it’s now on its last leg (only one side of the keyboard works!), I’m still hanging in there until I upgrade soon.

My Samsung tablet and Tecno cellphone? They go everywhere with me. They’re my digital office, camera, photo studio, content hub, and creative command center.

Writing isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. Writing is both my passion and profession. I’m a self-taught content strategist, blog writer, and freelance writer with more than a decade of experience, I know words hold power—and I use them to connect, convert, and comfort.

I may avoid being in front of the camera but give me a stretch of coastline or a blooming hibiscus and I’m happily behind the lens. I hate being in front of the camera, but I’m in love with capturing the world behind it.

I’m a self-taught iPhone/mobile photographer, passionate about documenting nature, eco-conscious spaces, the ocean, flowers, and outdoor, nature-inspired events.

My Tecno cellphone and Samsung tablet are always locked and loaded. I use only my Tecno phone and Samsung tablet to take pictures (no fancy digital camera here!) because I believe in making magic with what you’ve got.

Walking Is My Meditation - I Walk More Than I Ride🚶🏽‍♀

Confession: No license, no problem. I walk everywhere—by choice. I’ve never learned to drive, and I don’t own a license. I prefer walking anyway.

It’s my time to move, reflect, breathe deeply, and stay energized. Plus, nothing beats the joy of feeling the island breeze on your skin while you walk through lush surroundings.

Chocolate Is My Love Language 🍫

Both technology and chocolate are my love languages. Chocolate is non-negotiable—it’s my daily treat, my pick-me-up, and my absolute favorite snack.

But when I’m in “healthy mode,” I try to listen to nature’s call for plant-based foods, fruits, smoothies, and whole grains. I’m not a vegan (yet), but let’s just say the lifestyle has been whispering... loudly!

I’m a Beverage Enthusiast at Heart🧃

I’m what you’d call a beverage fanatic. Fresh fruit juices? Yes, please. Welch’s grape juice? Love it. Smoothies? Working on it.

My Caribbean faves? Cool Mauby (a classic), lemonade, and tropical fruit wines and cocktails that give me that beachy, feel-good vibe. I’m all about drinks that nourish my mind, body, and soul.

I love local flavors. My ultimate comfort food? A good Trinbagonian Pelau and traditional Sunday buffet-style meals. One day I might go fully plant-based... but for now, I’m still savoring those delicious bites of chicken, fish, pigtail, and pork while I can!
